Completely unacceptable service:

1. Two months and a half of waiting for the products to finally arrive after I made the purchase.

2. Bad smell and awful quality-prize relation of the products once finally arrived.

3. They won't even answer my emails asking for how to make the return of the products as you need to write to them for instructions on where to send them.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND 'CHOIES' TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

Dress too 3 weeks to arrive, very poor quality and no paperwork enclosed. Attempted to return, no response from live chat or e mail. This is a SHAM. Since learnt they are based in Hong Kong and don’t give a damm for customer service or repeat business. Avoid.

I ordered a wrap skirt from this company. The front of the skirt does not close all the way. I was not happy with how it fit. If you want to return something, you have to play this game of sending them an email and waiting for their response. That alone took 5 days. When you look at the cost of returning your item to China, you realize it is not worth it. They actually offered me an $8 voucher or $5 refund to keep the item. This is after waiting 5 days just to get their response to an email. The item took 2 weeks to get here. Do not buy from this company, you will live to regret it!

This is a fraud site. I thought I had ordere.

It arrived in an Amazon large blister pack and had two Amazon bar code slips enclosed. When the red skirt arrived, it was orange. It’s the moso cheaply made garmentme. made.

Looks likout of a $3.00 sweat shop.

It even has freyed places in the seams. Im contacting the local fraud department

I ordered a jacket for my daughter in mid-October. It is now late January 2017 and I still have no received my item. I have a receipt from PayPal. I have contacted Customer Service by email and "live chat" (which was NOT live....it just said my message was sent "offline") My next step is to contact PayPal. Really *** company! Thieves! After waiting for so long and not receiving a response I began to search the internet and then saw all the negative reviews. I really wish I would have researched this company before sending them any money or placing an order....thank God I used PayPal. This place sucks!!

I ordered these two clothes items, thinking they will be normal human size since the models look to be as old or maybe older than me. But it came as literally the size of a 10 year old little girl. I ordered medium and its that small. Plus they are expecting me to pay for the shipping fees which 1 shouldn't be on me. And also they take over 24 hours to respond to any emails you send so good luck getting any answer from them in your short 60 day return. If i was to do this over again, i wouldn't of ordered from this lying website. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BOGUS STORE!!! Unless you are a size 00!

I ordered 3 shirts that were listed as womens, XL. When I finally got them they looked like they were made for a toddler. The company states they have no hassel returns within 60 days but there is no return address. I have sent 6 emails attempting to get the information to return these shirts with absolutley no response. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I feel as though they scammed me for money with no intent to make the customer happy.

First I'd like to say I bought an outfit for a wedding on this website. I never received it even though it showed as delivered. I called & they told me to call the shipping company myself. I thought that's ridiculous but did it anyways. After calling the USPS they told me it was sent to the wrong address. I called Choies back and told them this. They asked me if I could go Knock on the door of the wrong address to get my dress!! Of course I did not do this, not only for my own safety but because I couldn't believe how unprofessional these people were. They sent me another outfit & charged me for it again! They never credited me for the first outfit that they sent wrong and lost. Then when I finally received the shirt/skirt combo it looked NOTHING like the picture and the shirt was a different size than the skirt, and NEITHER were what I ordered. After contacting them again they said they would credit the outfit but I had to pay shipping back to China which would pretty much wash out the credit. Then they asked me if I would accept $8.00 in store credit instead of the $22.00 I paid for the order. I told them keep the credit and keep the money I will not be buying anything from them ever again and honestly it is worth every penny lost to never have to deal with this scam of a company again. Honestly I felt tricked and they literally stole $44.00 from me and made me do their customer services leg work. An absolute JOKE!!

They are trying to steal my Company Name

This firm must be the lowest form of life. Not only have they tried to use my company name, but now they are piggybacking on my Corporate name, which is probably illegal. If they had a telephone number I would try to reach them but there is NONE listed. I have to assume they are from China, so I hope they choke on a chop stick. They are the lowest form of business entity I have seen. I assume they production and quality matches their ethics, which are NONE existent. My firm has been in business for 28 years and these crooks are trying take advantage of me.

Terrible! Prices too high for what you get its jsut same cheap shinese warehouse clothing you can get cheaply on ebay for more than double cost! Customer service lacking and they will not refund you ever they tell you to keep it or give as gift or sell to earn your money back and their return process is costing more than clothes itself cost and the address they give tk return is wrong it will onyl return to you in 3 months! Dont bother with this place they are not a good retailer.
