DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Worst experience I ever had with an online retail company and I shop online a lot from all over the world.First of all the number listed on their website for “customer care” does not work!

Second of all their “LIVE CHAT” is not live at all. Merely another form to write your complaint and the same person who would not help me with my issue before is directed to them. Takes them 1day to reply! I bought OVER $700 worth of clothes from them and paid express shipping!

They told me I needed to show my paypal screen shot that it went through for extra verification purposes. Also told me to log into my bank and show the last 4digit of my card and the exact transaction price being taken out. I couldn’t believe they asked me this but I did it anyways. Then after a few weeks of emails I asked them for a refund on the express shipping I paid for since it would not be delivered express since they made me do this-They refused and said they would offer vouchers.

I said no SEVERAL TIMES! Finally they refunded that. Another 2weeks go buy and I still did not receive my clothes. I ask for the tracking number and they say they finally shipped out my second order (3weeks later from when I ordered it) and did not ship out my second order yet ($500 worth of clothes because waiting on one more item) I told them it is taking too long and to ship out my order and refund me for the one piece they don’t have in stock.

They offer ANOTHER voucher for $3. Even though the item they are waiting for is $15. Can you believe it. Meanwhile I ask to speak to a supervisor several times.

I ask for them, practically beg them to ship out my $500 worth of clothes because I bought it for a trip and leaving NOV 4th. Made this order over 1month ago and still have not received ANY of my $700 worth of clothes (2orders placed same day) their handling time in 2-3weeks, no customer support. They offer vouchers 1/3rd of the cost of what you paid for. You have to beg them for a refund!

NOBODY CARES and there is no contact number to reach out to them!

Still have not received my clothes!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any) as the author lost $700. miomillie is overall dissatisfied with Choies. The most disappointing about choies online order at Choies was scam, money stolen and lies Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
